I would call it as a bug, the “E” doesn’t work either and why does “Z”, “H”, “Q”, etc. work if it is dictionary driven… There is no word “ibez…” for example.

its not a bug. it …
its not a bug. it is doing that because there is no word in the English dictionary that has a T after IBE. Its not a bug at all. If you don’t like auto-correction, then turn it off… but don’t call it a “bug” because it isn’t a bug.

lol cool how you found it
…Once again, I …
…Once again, I fully admit it’s annoying, but it *is* doing what it’s supposed to do and is not a bug. Therefore, the answer has already been covered, either don’t use autocorrect, or go ahead and type the incorrect letter and backspace.
I won’t deny this …
I won’t deny this can be annoying, but it is 100% *not* a bug. More accurate to say it’s a design flaw. This behavior is an entirely intentional function of the autocorrect. The dictionary has looked at all possible words it knows of that would begin with “ibe” as well as words with letters very close to the positions of the letters I, B, and E, and found that a T would not follow in any instance. What it’s doing is “helping” you because it thinks only an R or a T would come next. (More…)

Wow, thanks for the feedback guys, I did try it with auto-correction off, and it worked, and it makes since why they would do that. I also tried it with clicking the X, but that didn’t work. Anyways guys, I got all of these comments in a day, hah, new record. Anyways, please subscribe, and thanks again.
It’s not a problem, …
It’s not a problem, it’s Apple’s autocorrection feature. Its dictionary predicts what word you are currently typing and eliminates possible surrounding letters on the keyboard so that you don’t accidentally touch it.
