Can anyone please help me how can I track my website visitors, where are they coming from? I have heard of something called web bug. How can I implement it on my site so that I can get details of visitors visiting my site
There are a vast number of web counters that will use IP addresses to track the supposed location of your visitors (not to their house, but at least they can give you an idea of what city/state/country they’re in). Just search for "web counter" or "hit counter" in your favourite search engine (‘google’, ‘lycos’ and ‘searchallinone’ just to name a few) and chances are you’ll find one that does the required. One prime example of a web counter that will pull off these things is statcounter (http://www.statcounter.com/). However, if you expect to get more than 250,000 page loads per month (this would be very unlikely in your case), the web counter will incur a small fee. However, anything less than 250,000 page loads in a month will cost you nothing to use this counter. It uses a lot of different things and collects various statistics that you wish to know. This counter also offers a variety of other feautres and is one of the best of its kind; you should probably give it a go.

Basically an issue tracking system can be used in bug fixing in Software projects. But it can also be used in other areas which doesn’t deal with software. The primary advantages of an issue tracking system are:
1. Keep track of the users who are assigned to issues
2. Status of an issue
3. Provide info on who does what and how.
4. Complete history of an issue
5. Provide a knowledge base so that new members can understand the procedures when a similar issue is raised
6. Generate MIS reports which can be used for performance appraisal of employees..
There are many more advantages, but that depends on the issue tracking system you plan to use. My opinions are based on the Open Source Issue Tracking system called Mantis.
It is my understandin that a keylogger in yourcomputer can monitor and do pretty much whatever they want to do and without you ever knowing it.
And there are keylogging programs that allow you to secretly monitor everything that goes on with your own computer, such as if you wanted to spy on your spouce for instance.
But is there any type of reverse keylogging program available that you can install on your own computer that would detect and track a keylogger’s activities when they are inside your computer and maybe even put a bug in their IP so that while he is in your system, you can also get into his system, without them knowing about it?
Sort of like to catch a thief, you use an ex-thief, well, in this case, I want to keylog the keyloggers own computer and be able to see exactly where they go inside my computer and what they do, plus I want to also be able to hitch a ride on his IP and monitor what goes on in his computer, wherever he is located in the world.

although it might not be possible to track a keylogger’s activities, there are anti-keylogger applications you can install. http://www.zemana.com has a bunch of them
everytime the Blizzard Downloader trys to donwload the client it says " The tracker is not responding " i read some were that my tracker might be bugged if so can some one please tell me wat to du to debug it ?? pls help.

It is the simplest way to tell a layman of the problem. Talking technical terms will just compound the problem and trigger more questions. Besides "bug" has become the all time "fall guy" for purposes of exigency. It makes life simpler.
Use an RF Spectrum Analyzer to detect and locate any device emitting a radio signal. Spectrum analyzers tend to be extremely expensive and might have a lengthy learning curve if you’re not familiar with radio physics. There might be cheaper ways, but I doubt there is any other way that is as reliable as a spectrum analyzer.
